JoonSuk Suh, Managing Principal at HBA Seoul, participated as a panelist at the Hospitality South Korea Conference 2026, held at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences in Seoul on 4 June.

Joining the panel discussion on “Design ROI – Vertical Luxury vs. Horizontal Heritage,” Joon explored the evolving relationship between density, identity, and value creation in hospitality design.

Drawing on projects spanning urban luxury developments and culturally rooted destinations, Joon shared perspectives on balancing commercial performance with authentic placemaking, creating hospitality experiences that resonate with both guests and local communities.
