Mathew Lui, Partner at HBA Hong Kong, served as the keynote speaker at the Luxury Real Estate & Residential Design Trend Salon, organized by the key Chinese media outlet Designwire in Hangzhou, China, on September 19.

Taking place at The Euro American Innovation City, a vibrant, mixed-use development in the heart of the Central Business District in Hangzhou, whose architecture was realised by Foster + Partners, Mathew, the visionary force behind EIC’s interiors, delved into the essence of this project, explaining how human-centric design has redefined luxurious living for global elites.

Born and raised in the stunning city of Hong Kong, Mathew boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in hospitality and residential design, which led to his nomination among the 100 Most Influential Architects and Designers in China by Architectural Digest in 2017.
