There are luxury residences, and then there are The OWO Residences at Raffles London. Not only is this Raffles’ first-ever European property, but the 100-plus-year-old Singaporean hotel and resort company opened in one of London’s most iconic buildings: the Grade II-listed Old War Offices. Known as the OWO, the landmarked building in Whitehall was built for the British Army in 1906 and served as Winston Churchill’s office during World War II. Some of the world’s most important military leaders and political figures made arguably the most important World War II decisions within these walls.
