The premium-luxury development, brought to life through a partnership between NABNI Developments and Hilton, is designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott with interiors by hospitality design firm HBA.
Rising 65 storeys high, the project will be the second tallest residential tower in the Business Bay/Downtown Dubai district upon its planned handover in Q4 2029. Significantly, it also marks Waldorf Astoria’s first standalone residence project outside of the US.
