NABNI Developments bottles the glamour of New York’s iconic hotel for UAE home-makers with the hotly anticipated Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Business Bay.

Breaking ground this year and scheduled to be completed in late 2029, the property is the first fully residential Waldorf Astoria project outside the US, and is set to be one of the UAE’s most covetable addresses.
