The client brief posed the challenge of combining a modern luxury residential tower with Salmani design principles rooted in Saudi vernacular architecture. Inspired by the Edge of the World rock formation, the twin-tower scheme is sculpted to reveal a generous public plaza at the front, seamlessly connecting to the new Riyadh Metro line.
Amenity floors at the second and rooftop levels are interwoven with lush planting to create an urban oasis, while the façade design balances striking expression with efficiency and buildability.
