Lauren brings over 15 years of international experience in the creative industry, having worked across London, Shanghai, and Singapore. Her expertise spans brand and experience design for physical spaces – including brand strategy, identity, customer and employee experience, environmental graphics, and wayfinding systems.

She has delivered projects across hospitality, retail, workplace, and lifestyle sectors, building a strong cross-cultural understanding that bridges Western and Asian business styles. Lauren leads projects from ideation to implementation, creating brand environments that are intuitive, engaging, and authentic.
