Anchored by a theatre complex, the masterplan integrates offices, dormitories, and a tourist centre, with a hotel, the Unique Henan Theater Hotel, discreetly positioned to the north.
Inspired by the ‘Di Keng’ dwelling of the Yellow River basin, the architecture reflects seismic resilience and harmony with nature – echoing the ancient philosophy of man’s unity with earth through a sunken courtyard and grounded spatial experience.
