HBA Strategy was tasked to take on the strategic ideation of Tsugaike Village, Hakuba, Japan – and to put it on the map as one of Japan’s most prominent mountain destinations.

Grounded in extensive research and market strategy, HBA Strategy worked closely with the client to develop a series of experiential stories, which led to a series of look books of the village itself, its stunning surroundings, and its key properties.
