PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The property-wide $100 million rejuvenation of the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, U.S. was completed in April 2017. The brighter, refreshed property is on par with its prime beachfront location and storied history dating back to the 1950s. A strong sense of place is established with a luxury beach design aesthetic, a curated artwork collection highlighting the local lifestyle and region, and unobstructed ocean and intercostal views in every room. The team was tasked with renovating the hotel's 1,000 guest rooms and suites, which they designed in both a sunrise and sunset scheme.
