Starting as an intern, Connie’s career in the design industry was born and bred at HBA. Working her way up to establish herself as a partner, she is now responsible for the design and creative aspects under her teams, including the development and supervision of specifications, schedules and the co-ordination of all finishes and materials required to accomplish the design. She is also tasked with the specific tasks of establishing budgets, developing art programs and project management.
