Complementing the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is part of an ambitious trilogy of beachfront landmarks reflecting Dubai’s architectural evolution.

The design is rooted in movement and maritime heritage, architecturally expressed as a sculptural structure inspired by a luxury yacht setting sail. Internally, the design narrative flows and reflects Dubai’s coastal identity with marine-inspired textures, handcrafted furniture, and regionally sourced materials. Every element—glazing, stone, timber, and textile—was chosen for performance, longevity, and to evoke understated luxury.
