Howard is part of HBA’s Shanghai office leadership team, overseeing business operations, client relationships, strategic planning, business development, design management, and project teams.
With over 25 years of experience across design firms and real estate development, he previously served as Chief Supervisor of Design at Walsin Real Estate, managing an 800,000 sqm mixed-use development in Nanjing’s CBD for 7+ years. Before joining HBAarchitecture, he was China Representative and Executive Director of Architecture and Interior Projects at the internationally renowned Japanese studio, Nendo Inc.
