Having an arts background coupled with an architecturally-oriented design education, Paula’s key strength as a designer is her unique capability to work in both the decorative and technical aspects of a project. This flexibility allows for a well-integrated design package, with furniture and fixtures fully interfaced with the surrounding architectural elements. In her time at HBA, Paula has worked on a variety of high-profile hotel, new-build, renovation and historic restoration projects. With extensive living and working experience abroad, Paula is a well-travelled, culturally sensitive designer who can appreciate and resolve the scope of challenges that working on international projects present.
