Alejandra de Cordoba Estepa, Principal of Architecture EMEA at HBA, has been recognised in this year’s Construction Week Property’s Architects Hall of Fame as one of 25 architects redefining the Middle East skyline through innovation, sustainability, and enduring design excellence.

In conversation with Construction Week Property, Alejandra reflects on her hospitality design journey spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where architecture, interiors, and landscape operate in dialogue to shape destinations rooted in natural context, climate, and cultural heritage.

Across her work, Alejandra champions a practice defined by authenticity, contextual sensitivity, and spatial clarity, where architecture moves beyond form-making to become a framework for human experience, strengthening communities and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations and the architects of tomorrow.
