Heartfelt congratulations to Alejandra de Cordoba Estepa, Principal of Architecture EMEA based in HBA London, who has been awarded Architect of the Year at The Brit List Awards 2025 from over 200 shortlisted finalists across 13 categories in interior design, hotel architecture, and hospitality leadership.

For nine years, Hotel Designs’s highly anticipated Brit List Awards has championed the best in British and international hotel design and hospitality. On 5th November, at the iconic London music venue, Ministry of Sound, the 2025 winners were revealed by Hotel Designs publisher Katy Phillips and Editor Sophie Harper, who announced this year’s visionary leaders reshaping the future of the global hospitality design landscape.
