While this new architectural landmark commands attention in the district, its design pays quiet homage to the site’s storied past. Inspired by “Wang Fu” – the princely estates once rooted here during the Qing Dynasty – and “Jing,” a well of sweet water uncovered shortly after, the interiors unfold as a contemporary reimagining of a princely courtyard residence. Traditional Chinese elements are interpreted with restraint and reverence, woven seamlessly into a modern residential aesthetic that balances heritage with sophistication.
